Appointments

Our standard appointments are 15 minutes long. We have appointments available throughout the day from 8am-6pm. As the practice is fully computerised, patient’s notes are available at both branches of the surgery. 

Please Note

• Please ask for a separate appointment for each person who wishes to be seen.
• Children should be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify the surgery.

We are a GP training practice and are very pleased to be supporting the GPs of the future. You may be offered an appointment with one of our trainees, all of whom are qualified doctors and work under the close guidance and supervision of their GP mentor.

|If you are late for your appointment please note that we cannot guarantee you will be seen. This is at the discretion of the doctor and their availability and you may need to rebook.

Payment

We prefer payment at time of consultation. If accounts are sent there will be an administration fee of £7.50. There is also a small charge for repeat prescriptions.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
